Rental Requirements:

• Verify 6 months of residency. (Does not include relatives)
• Verify 6 months of employment, provide 2 months of current pay stubs.
• Gross income requirement is at least 3 times the amount of rent.
• Have good credit, free of collections or evictions.
• Have good rental history

Application fee:

$30.00 non-refundable credit-check fee, per applicant over 18 years of age.

Security deposit due upon acceptance to secure the property.

First months rent is due at lease agreement signing.
