Move-in Checklist
You'll need to pay your first month's rent and security deposit to secure the lease on your new rental property.
We will set the move-in date and provide initial inspection information at the lease signing.
You must place all utility accounts in your name after signing the lease. You are also responsible for keeping your accounts current throughout the duration of your stay with us.
Move-out Checklist
Planning to move out of your rental home? Please provide us with written notice of your intent to vacate the premises, in accordance with the terms of your lease.
Before handing in the keys to your rental home, you must bring your rental back to rent-ready condition. This means taking care of the following priorities:
Rental Cleaning: Clean every room in your rental home and remove all of your personal possessions from the property. Pay special attention to the kitchen and bathroom spaces, where you'll need to wipe down all appliances and hard surfaces.
Landscaping & Outdoor Areas: If you typically take care of outdoor landscaping tasks, such as mowing the lawn, please make certain to address these chores once more before moving out of your rental home.
Repairs: If any damage occurred during your stay, you'll need to do everything possible to address these damages. Patch nail or screw holes, repaint stained walls, and replace any broken glass before vacating the premises.

Your security deposit is not available to use for your last month's rent payment. Instead, we use these funds to protect against any damages or fees on your account.
We will conduct a final inspection after your departure and if any damages are identified, we'll schedule repair visits. The costs for these visits will be deducted from your security deposit.
